Hockey Night

A couple of weeks ago, I won a pair a raffle tickets to a SENS game! (Thanks to a generous patient/family who donated them to the staff on our unit). So I decided to take my dad, since he's always been an avid hockey fan, and since he's brought me to previous events that he's won as well.

Here's a recap: the game was SENS vs. Avalanche (i.e Colorado).
Final Score: 1 to 7 for Avalanche.

So it probably wasn't the best night for the sens, but it was still exciting! We got great first level seats, and plus this was MY first ever pro league hockey game!! The atmosphere was cheerful (until well of course, till the Sens lost badly), but it was nice to see the Ottawans standing up for the Sens.

Some pictures...

Scotiabank Place. Home of the Senators!

Woohoo! Sens in action!
Me enjoying the game!

The Sens getting tired and not very good at this point of the game :(
We witnessed a couple of fights, as some of the players got feisty!

So yep, all in all a good night spent watching some good old hockey!

WOW you had really good seats! so close! the only times i've watched hockey (all two of those times) we sat in the very last row -_- it's like watching ants play hockey in a puddle of ice. very exciting indeed.
